Help! I can't logon!
If you're unable to logon using your NETID username and password, review the following information.
- Make sure you are typing in your NETID username rather than the full e-mail address. When typing in your NETID name, make sure you aren't typing the "@oakland.edu" part. In other words, if your OU e-mail address is email@example.com, you should only type jjones into the NETID username field.
- Make sure your NETID username is in lowercase. The NETID username field is case sensitive, so make sure you type it in lowercase.
- I don't know what my NETID username/password is! All OU students have a NETID. If you don't know what yours is, you can discover it by going to https://netid.oakland.edu. From there, click on "obtain your account or reset your password" and follow the instructions. You can also do a password reset on this page.
- You are not registered in any classes hosted by this application: Only certain courses are hosted in this application. If you are not enrolled in any courses hosted by this application, you will not be able to login. If this is the case, you should contact your instructor regarding how to complete a course evaluation.
