The Oakland University e-Learning and Instructional Support office offers the following types of support to students, faculty, and staff who are having e-learning related problems (in systems like Moodle, Panopto, etc.).

Phone: To get immediate help, call (248) 805-1625 Monday-Thurs, 8am-8pm, Friday, 8am-5pm, and Saturday 10am-12pm (noon).

Online: You can login here and fill out a support request.

Live Chat: Live chat is available Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm.
