Help! I can't logon!
If you're unable to logon using your OU e-mail name and password, review the following information.
- Make sure you are typing in your OU e-mail name rather than the full e-mail address. When typing in your OU e-mail name, make sure you aren't typing the "@oakland.edu" part. In other words, if your
OU e-mail address is email@example.com, you should only type jjones into the OU e-mail name field.
- Make sure your OU e-mail name is in lowercase. The OU e-mail name field is case sensitive, so make sure you type it in lowercase.
- I don't know what my OU e-mail address/password is! All OU students have an OU e-mail address. If you don't know what yours is, you can discover it by going to https://netid.oakland.edu. From there, click on "obtain your account or reset your password" and follow the instructions. You can also do a password reset on this page.
- You are not registered in any classes hosted by this application: Only certain courses are hosted in this application. If you are not enrolled in any courses hosted by this application, you will not be able to login. If
this is the case, you should contact your instructor regarding how to complete a course evaluation.
