IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ On June 1, 2023, we changed the usernames (not the passwords) for about 75 users of this system (out of a total pool of over 660 users). This was done to minimize the chance of duplicate accounts and user account collisions. To summarize the changes: If you have an @oakland.edu address, you should login using your OU NETID, which is your email address minus the @oakland.edu. In other words, if you have an OU email account like jjones@oakland.edu, you should login to this system using jjones as your username (not jjones@oakland.edu). If you DON'T have an @oakland.edu address, you should login using your full external email address. For instance, if your external address is jjones@beaumonthospitals.com, you should login using that entire email string : jjones@beaumonthospitals.com. In both cases, your password will be specific to this system. If you don't know what that password is, use the password reminder. If you are unable to login, please contact the development team (jcoughli@oakland.edu) and they will assist.

FORGET YOUR USERNAME / PASSWORD?

If you are trying to log in as a faculty member... Be aware that your username is usually your OU e-mail name minus the @oakland.edu (so jsmith@oakland.edu would have username jsmith). If you don't have an OU e-mail account, then you should contact the administrator at (248) 370-4484 to discover your username. Once you know your username, you can use our password reminder application to have your password automatically sent to the e-mail address associated with the username.

If you are trying to log in as an administrator... Unlike faculty, administrators log into this application using their OU e-mail account username/password.
