Help! I can't logon!
If you're unable to logon using your NETID (OU e-mail) name and password, review the following information.
- Make sure you are typing in your NETID name rather than the full e-mail address. When typing in your NETID name, make sure you aren't typing the "@oakland.edu" part. In other words, if your
OU e-mail address is jjones@oakland.edu, you should only type jjones into the OU e-mail name field.
- Make sure your NETID name is in lowercase. The NETID name field is case sensitive, so make sure you type it in lowercase.
- I don't know what my NETID address/password is! All OU students have a NETID. If you don't know what yours is, you can discover it by going to https://netid.oakland.edu. From there, click on "obtain your account or reset your password" and follow the instructions. You can also do a password reset on this page.
- You are not registered in any currently running NRS classes: Only students who are registered in a NRS class that is running at the current time can logon to this application.
