Wellness Training Evaluations

To submit an evaluation you must supply your personal OU-web username and password below. IF you have not used OU-web before, please note the following information regarding username and password.

  • The default username is your OU e-mail name, minus the @oakland.edu part (so for jones@oakland.edu, the OU-web username would be jones)
  • The default password is your birthdate, minus the slashed and any leading zeros (so for 01/20/1970, the OU-web password would be 1201970)
