ParSCORE for Scantron

Your students should buy Form ParSCORE F-1712 (200 questions), X-101864 (100 questions), or F-14507 (20 questions) from the Bookstore at Oakland University.

Announce to students--Fill in the ID Number as their Grizzly ID without the G in front. Or if students don't remember that, it has to be 8 digits that are different from any other student. This will allow the software to automatically enroll each student in the program. The scantron machine will reject those forms without the 8 digit ID.

Also announce to students--In the field, Test Form, students must fill in A if there is only one version of the test, or whichever version that you designate them to take, whether A, B, C, etc. The machine won't accept the form if this field is blank.

Scantron Tech Support is 800-445-3141, who welcome faculty calls. Have a specific question and mention that you are faculty from Oakland University.
