How to Use OakShare: Frequently Asked Questions—OakShare Accounts for Students
How do students receive OakShare accounts? Students normally receive OakShare accounts as part of their admission to Oakland University.
Can I provide another student with some of my space? Yes, create a directory either in your own space or in your departmental space, (if you are the administrator or have rights to create directories in your department's space). Then give the student Read, Write, Delete, and Administer access to that directory.
How can I purchase additional space in OakShare? Any student, faculty, or staff can request additional space by filling out the proper application.
