Taking Classes at Macomb Univeristy Center (MUC)

All courses offered at Macomb University Center (MUC) are available via OU SAIL (Student Administrative Information Link). To view the course schedule, follow this procedure:

1. Visit OU SAIL by clicking on the link at right.
2. Click on the link to class schedule search.
3. Select the semester you are interested in viewing from the drop down window.
4. Scroll through the first box labeled "Subject" and select Communication.

Oakland University is now offering its Communication major at Macomb University Center. Students who earn the Associate of Baccalaureate Studies degree at Macomb Community College can transfer seamlessly into the Oakland University Communication major. What are the advantages?

• Value for your dollar. Students who complete the ABS degree at the community college who complete their four year degree at Oakland University will pay about half as much as they would for a traditional four year college education.

Students with a Communication major go on to pursue successful careers in public relations, advertising, marketing, management, sales, radio and TV production, and many others. After graduation, 90% of Oakland’s communication majors have employment in their field, with an average starting salary of $33,700.
