conducted research in wave-plasma interactions. Monitored
government contracts in the field of plasma physics. 1963-

development work in the area of coherent optics and optical

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
- Developed and taught numerous new courses and
laboratories at Oakland University including courses in
computer programming, circuits and systems, computer
organization and assembly language programming, wave
phenomena, electromagnetic theory, numerical methods,
microprocessors, coherent optics, pattern recognition,
image processing, soft computing, digital logic using
VHDL and Verilog, embedded systems, and introduction to
electrical and computer engineering.
