Instructions for Authors

A short paper (maximum of two 8½”x11” pages, including figures, pictures, tables, graphs, etc.) for inclusion in the conference proceedings must be submitted in one MSWord file (preferred) or PDF file to research@oakland.edu.

Manuscript Format

P Arial 11 font, single spaced

P Left-justified, 1” margins on all four sides

P Double space between paragraphs, no indent

Manuscript Headings

·   Title of the paper

·   Corresponding author (name, job title, department/unit, university/company, country)

·   E-mail (of the corresponding author)

·   Order of all authors (name, job title, department/unit, university/company, country)

·   Keywords (no more than five keywords)

·   Type of presentation (Identify one only)

   – Oral, Poster, or Student Paper Award

·   Abstract (no more than 150 words)

·   Introduction

·   Methodology and Approach

·   Result

·   Discussion and Conclusion

·   References
