SENIOR CITIZEN PROGRAM

In an effort to expand and diversify Oakland University’s student base, the Board of Trustees at the July 24, 2009 meeting approved the expansion of Senior Citizen Tuition Discount Program. The following recommendations were approved:

• Non-matriculated (non-degree seeking) Michigan residents 60 years of age or older who audit courses receive a 100% tuition-based discount;
• Matriculated (degree-seeking) or non-matriculated (non-degree seeking) Michigan residents 60 years of age or older who take courses for credit receive a 50% tuition-based discount
