Oakland University undergraduates wishing to complete a course at another institution in Michigan may simplify the application process at the guest institution by completing a Guest Student Application and having it certified at the Academic Records Office. Generally the form can be completed while you wait. You may obtain a copy of the guest application by clicking on the link below (note: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required).
Engineering and Computer Science majors are reminded that an approved Petition of Exception is required before transfer credit can be granted. Contact the Engineering Advising Department.

Students wishing to attend Oakland University as a guest student should complete the Guest Student Application at their home institution and have it certified by their registrar. Consult the current Oakland University catalog for admissions policy information for guest students.
Graduate guest applications are handled by the Office of Graduate Studies.
