Psychology Experiments Calendar
The Psychology faculty are working with their research assistants to get experiments ready to be run. You should find a number of experiments posted in the near future.
Throughout the semester new experiments and new openings for existing experiments will continue to appear as these schedules are created. Many of the research apprentices who assist in conducting these experiments are doing so for course credit; they need and appreciate your cooperation.
Please do not sign up for multiple sessions of a particular experiment (e.g., the same name). Doing so would block three or four other people from participating. Experimenters and their research assistants have the right to un-enroll students who sign up for multiple sessions of the same experiment, and will do so.
Do not sign up for the same name experiment more than once unless you are given approval to do so by the professor supervising the research.
The last day to participate in experiments during the Fall 2009 semester is Friday, November 20, 2009 at 4:00 PM. Written exercises completed to satisfy the experiment participation requirements of PSY 100 and 250 must be submitted by NOON on November 20, 2009 as well.
You need to be at least 18 years old to participate in the experiments listed on this site unless otherwise specified in the description of a specific experiment. Expect to be "carded" if the researcher has doubts concerning your age.
