Dear Past Nursing Graduates,

We miss seeing the faces of our past nursing students, especially those students who really made a difference at Oakland University School of Nursing (SON).

Let me begin by introducing myself. I am Barbara Penprase, a faculty member at Oakland University in the School of Nursing. I am also an alumnus who graduated with my BSN many, many years ago!! I have often regretted never seeing or keeping in touch with other people who graduated when I did. The nursing alumni association is a way for past students to stay connected. I encourage you to join.

There is a group of past alumnus that meets several times a year to plan events and stay connected to Oakland University. By joining the Oakland University Alumni Associate you become a member. To become active as nursing alumni just contact me at penprase@oakland.edu. I will include your name on the list-serve developed strictly for nursing alumnus. I hope you seriously considered becoming more active in the nursing alumni group and I look forward to hearing from you.
