Professional Development

Oakland University offers a variety of opportunities for bachelor’s prepared students to receive further professional development without seeking a graduate degree. You may choose to take a graduate course for personal enrichment or enroll in a special workshop aimed at your area of interest.

Take a Graduate Course for Credit
Oakland University offers courses in everything from the humanities and performing arts to professional areas like engineering, business, nursing, and health sciences. Students may seek permission for graduate program coordinators to take one or two courses for professional development without being fully admitted to seek a degree.
