Only those individuals who hold an elementary teaching certificate are eligible for the early childhood endorsement. Requirements for Degree Completion This program consists of the five courses in Level 1 of the M.Ed. plus a 2-credit state-mandated practicum (EC 546) and may be applied for as an endorsement only program.
