Reset Your Password for Moodle and Webmail

1. Select the Internet Browser icon that is used to get the internet. (For example, Firefox or Internet Explorer)

2. Type in www4.oakland.edu in the address bar.

3. Select Info Tech at the bottom of the window.

4. Select Moodle login in the middle section of the window.

5. Select Forgot your password, towards the bottom of the page.

6. Select Continue to Change/Reset/Obtain Password.

7. Select Obtain your account or reset your password.

8. Type in your Grizzly ID Number. This is G, zero, zero and 6 other digits.

9. Type in your Pin Number. This is 6 digits long.

10. Type in a New E-Mail/OUCA Password.

11. Scroll down to Verify E-Mail/OUCA Password and retype your new password.

12. Select Reset Password.

a. A new window will open identifying that the password was successfully changed.

b. Be sure to read the important information in the new window.

 

If you have Never Used your Grizzly ID Number or Pin Number or Logged into SAIL:

a. Type in sail.oakland.edu in the address bar, press enter and follow the few simple steps.

b. Type https://ouca.oakland.edu/profile/authOUCAReset.php in the address bar to continue the process of resetting your password.

c. Follow the above steps from 8 thru 12.

 

If you Do Not Know your Grizzly ID Number or Pin Number:

a. Type https://www2.oakland.edu/grizzid/ in the address bar, press enter and follow the few simple steps.

b. Type https://ouca.oakland.edu/profile/authOUCAReset.php in the address bar to continue the process of resetting your password.

c. Follow the above steps from 8 thru 12.
