Request Help - Elluminate Support Request Form

If you are a student or faculty member having a problem with Elluminate, e-LIS offers three types of support:

Walk-ins: Walk in appointments are available from weekdays 8 am to 5 pm at 430 Kresge Library. To ensure that someone will be available for help, please make an appointment by calling (248) 805-1625.

Phone: To get immediate help, call (248) 805-1625 weekdays 8 am to 8 pm and 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.

Online: You can request support using this form. Simply fill out the form below and click on submit. Fields in red are required. When you submit, the request will be stamped into our tracking database and e-mailed to the support staff.
