Classroom Support and Instructional Technical Services’ (CSITS) operating budget is supplemented with funds generated through a chargeback process in which certain services are provided for a fee. CSITS service fees are associated with the use of audio visual and instructional technology hardware and software resources, supply items, staff labor, and the passing on of any outside service and material fees incurred by CSITS in support of user activity. Charge-back and service fees are determined according to user application as it relates to academic instruction and special event activity.
