Full Time Staff:
Monday through Thursday - 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday - 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Student assistants are scheduled Monday through Thursday until 9:00 p.m.
Faculty and staff may request media resources from CSITS such as data projectors via campus mail, fax or the AMX Synergy program. Depending on the resources you need and where you wish to use them, the CSITS staff will either deliver the equipment to your desired location or loan it out to you at the service desk. For further details, please refer to the following documents: CSITS accepts work orders by mail (CSITS, 116 Varner Hall) and, when time is short, by fax (248-370-4203). We are sorry, e-mail and phone orders are not accepted. This link will open a form that must be printed, filled in and sent to the CSITS office.
There is an online demonstration of the Hitachi Starboard on the
Classroom Support and Instructional Technical Services offers classroom technology orientation and hands on demonstrations of the newly equipped Level III enhanced technology classrooms. Use of the video projection system, document camera, and electronic white board is covered. To schedule an individual orientation please call Classroom Support and Instructional Technical Services (CSITS) at (248) 370-2461 or email csits@oakland.edu.
Bring your Faculty/Staff ID to 116 Varner to obtain an A/V technology key (Z4). This key also opens the door to all general purpose classrooms. To schedule a training session for yourself (or to schedule a group session for the faculty in your department) on the equipment in Level II, III or IV Classrooms, call CSITS personnel at 248-370-2461.
