No Longer Available-Portable CD Players
October 28, 2009 - Of the four portable CD players (boom boxes) we have in our check out inventory, just one is in good order. We now have CD playback capability in all of the classrooms via the computer and room sound systems. Because of this we do not intend to replace the portable boom box resource. Faculty and staff are welcome to continue using what we have, however, our boom box check out service will go away when our last remaining boom box fails.

Classroom Equipment (What Software and A/V Resources Are Available in My Classroom?)
To view the detail of how a specific classroom is equipped, click on the Classrooms page, then on Room Specs in the header. The software available in a Level III room is detailed on that page. Additionally, under 'View Classroom Resources', if you select your room from the drop down list and click the SUBMIT button you will see what equipment is installed in that room.
Classroom Keys (How do I Get In?)
Classroom keys (Z4) can be obtained by bringing your faculty/staff ID to 116 Varner Hall. Yes, you do need the ID first.
Flash Drive Issues (How do I access my files?)
If your flash drive does not automatically load follow these steps:
- Open "My Computer"
- Right Click on USB drive
- Click on "Explore"
- Locate the desired file and open it.

Training Available (How do I Use The...?)
Classroom Support and Instructional Technical Services provides orientation of the enhanced technology classrooms. Use of the video projection system, document camera, DVD/VCR, laptop connection and electronic white board is covered.
