In this section, you will find a blank copy of the 2008-2009 degree plans for most of the College of Arts and Sciences majors. These degree program checklists provide an outline of the course requirements for each major. They are intended for general information only and are not meant to be a complete description of all Oakland University degree requirements. It is strongly recommended that you meet at least once to discuss your specific degree program with an academic adviser. This way, academic details of your chosen major can be thoroughly reviewed.

You will also find career related information on many of our majors with the degree plan information. Just click on the appropriate link below and scroll down to find what you need.

Additionally, you can find good career-related information in the Occupational Outlook Handbook, a yearly analysis of most of the careers available in the U.S. conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor. This link provides a wealth of career information, answering the most commonly asked questions including job availability, salary information, required education, and many others.
