There are several societies or clubs on campus for the interested pre-medical health science student.
- Pre-Medical Society(premedical and predental students).
- Pre-Dental Society
- Pre-Vet Association (preveterinary students).
- Pre-Optometry Club (preoptometry students).
Students are urged to participate in the pre-medical health science societies and clubs. These organizations enable interested students to partake in field trips to area medical facilities, meet representatives from area health science professional schools, and to find out more about the career opportunities in various health science professions.
