RATIONALE:
POLICY: The Dean of Students Office is responsible for the administration for all vending machines on campus. This includes contract management and related budget responsibility for income and expenses. Income generated for the University from vending machines will be deposited in the Campus Vending Fund. Vending funds are to be used to support student activities and programs, and to enhance campus life for students such as lectures, concerts, student organization events, campus recreation and new student program initiatives where seed money is needed. Decisions on the expenditures from this account rest with the Dean of Students under supervision by the Vice President for Student Affairs.
