RATIONALE:  To provide the procedure to follow to request copies of library collection materials housed at Kresge Library. 

POLICY:  Kresge Library provides a copy service for use by the faculty and staff of Oakland University.

COPY SERVICE:  Copy service is a fee-based service offered to faculty and staff of Oakland University to provide copies of library collection materials housed at Kresge Library.    Requests need to be submitted electronically by accessing the Kresge Library Website, under Services & Interlibrary Loans.  An Oakland University fund number is required for billing purposes.  Information regarding this service and the fees are available on the Library web site.
